    Employees who frequently need to work from home due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., caring for an elderly parent, sick child, etc.) may be approved for a flexible schedule which allows them to occasionally telecommute outside of the pre approved limit

Once all reviews are complete; comments are addressed as needed & appropriate approvals secured, HR finalizes documentation which is submitted back to management requesting authority to allow employee(s) to telecommute The entire process can take several weeks or more depending on the complexity of requests being made e.g., if multiple requestors in different geographies wish to work from home concurrently).
