We work in a mass spectrometry lab and focuses on the biochemical characterization of emerging novel therapeutic modalities as well as therapeutic monoclonal antibodies at all stages of development. In this role, you will develop LC-MS methods and/or other analytical strategies for elucidating and characterizing novel therapeutics (oligonucleotides, siRNAs, mRNAs, LNPs, AAVs, CRISPR-Cas, etc) and antibody attributes such as primary structures, disulfide linkages, PTMs, product and process related impurities, charge/size variants, sequence variants, etc. You will conduct analytical method qualification for late-stage antibody and/or RGM drug development programs and develop innovative technologies to support a diverse Regeneron’s R&D pipeline.
A Typical Day In This Role Looks Like:
Develop LC-MS based analytical methods to support RGM novel therapeutics development as well as the development of monoclonal antibody-based therapeutic proteins and inform critical quality attributes, develop ability assessment and risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with other CMC teams.
Perform LC-MS data analysis using various software and bioinformatic tools to elucidate the quality attributes of therapeutic proteins and other novel modalities.
Assume a leading role to support R&D activities and regulatory applications and deepen our knowledge of antibody therapeutics and other emerging novel modalities.
