Primarily responsible for the results of lead management and marketing directly increasing sales revenue. Included in this role is responsible for directing and managing marketing channels, client relationships, and sales strategies. This goal is achieved by providing leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values. Expectations • Evaluate current marketing strategies and budget. • Develop and implement a plan to increase efficiencies throughout all associated departments. • Analyze current operational procedures in all associated departments. • Plan and deploy strategic solutions. • Lead company initiatives from the top-down inclusive of all professionals throughout encompassing departments. • Enhance interdepartmental relationships and communication. • Create and execute sales strategies to surpass existing revenue and profit goals. • Collaborate closely with the leadership team, integrator, and c-level personnel. • Tightly integrate customer experience with agents. • Identify strategic business opportunities. • Cultivate awareness of company initiatives and core values. • Exemplify the company’s commitment to servant leadership in all interactions, at all times. • Must have and maintain a clean driving record. This position may not be a good fit for you if: • If you prefer to work in office • Are money driven • Do like music playing in the office • Do like to participate in company outings and culture-building activities • Are coachable • Are a problem solver • Can drive your team to hit and exceed revenue goals • Willing to deal with difficult conversations with potential buyers and sellers • Don’t have all of your stuff packed at 4:59 and unwilling to put in additional time to grow your team Responsibilities: • Planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy • Create and present an annual marketing budget with quarterly reviews • Set target metrics with supporting KPIs • Contribute towards increased company revenue • Develop and grow sales channels and team • Work hand in hand with the Lead Management, Marketing, and Sales departments • Use industry data and reporting to implement up-to-date marketing efforts that coincide with market conditions • Develop and implement best practices for team personnel • Attend and contribute towards continued education and self-improvement • Engage and collaborate with all internal and external personnel and resources • Engage in leadership activities with personnel both at a physical location and virtually Qualifications: • Strategic leader – establishing critical plans and executing them based on the company’s bottom-line needs • Highly skilled communicator – both written and verbal, including formal presentations • Highly skilled with people – leading, helping, supervising, instructing, persuading, mentoring, motivating, communicating, counseling, and negotiating • Exceptional sales professional and leader for both internal staff and external partners • Highly developed data skills – analysis, synthesis, reporting, and decision making • A firm grasp of industry trends • Advanced skills in computer operation and technology including CRMs, marketing platforms, and REI industry tools • Regularly produce, monitor, and manage reports About Company: Why work with SJO Investments?
