Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is offering a sign-on bonus for RMA Representatives hired on or before September 30, 2022! New hires will receive $250 in their first paycheck, $500 following 90 days of employment, and $500 following six months of employment (applicable taxes and withholdings). Join our team today!
As a New Account Representative in the Remote Member Assistance department you will provide exceptional service to members, non-members, branches and internal departments through multiple communication channels. Establish and update business member relationships with appropriate documentation in accordance with policies, procedures, regulatory laws with supervision. Identify member needs and conduct all duties in a manner intended to enhance the brand and contribute to the growth of the Credit Union. To enhance member experience, recommend appropriate products/services and/or solutions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating an exceptional member experience
To identify, analyze and address members’ needs and use cognitive judgment
Provide consultation on products, services and solutions to improve our member’s economic well-being and quality of life
To safe guard member and credit union interests and practice advance fraud detection techniques
Be able to review and analyze state and legal documentation required to establish specialized or business accounts
Meet and exceed department goals and objectives through key performance indicators and core values
Accountable for maintaining an in-depth working knowledge of RBFCU Member Handbook, applicable policy and procedure and topical knowledge for all credit union areas
To create a seamless member interaction, orchestrate multiple software applications such as Onbase, DNA, Loans PQ, FIS, DNA Publisher, Workday, Avaya, DSI Avaya Marquee, Calabrio, Newtek, Rightfax, Obweb scanner, Verafin, Secretary of State, and County websites

Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED
Spanish Speaker preferred
1-3 years job related experience
Must have good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multi task and manage time effectively with a close attention to detail
Good attendance and promptness is pertinent
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Must have one year of financial institution experience and/or one year of customer service experience
Must be proficient in using PC, Microsoft applications software, Internet Explorer, and other office equipment
To ensure expectation of service is upheld, must have good organizational, communication, interpersonal and sales skills
Capable of demonstrating the ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, be detail oriented, accept ownership, and adapt to needs of department
Self-initiate and apply logic to problem solve with few concrete variables
