Pay Rate: $19-22/hr on W2

Shift: Mon – Fri 7:30am – 4:30pm OT as needed

Project Technician


Assists Project Engineering department in administrative tasks including, but not limited to, submittals, documentation, job order package creation, and logistics. Enters standard products orders into ERP, provides acknowledgement details to customer, and coordinates job details with Production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Perform document control functions such as document submittals, document receipt, and Final MRB creation
  • Create job order package creation including BOM take-off and man-hour verification
  • Work with Project Engineers and Managers to assist in Preliminary Packing List creation
  • Work with freight forwarders on logistics regarding all projects
  • Enter standard products orders into ERP and provide acknowledgment details to customers
  • Release standard products job orders to production
  • Serve as expeditor to Project Engineering and liaison between customer and production on STP expediting requests
  • Provide other general administrative support to Project Engineers/Managers as required

Language Skills

  • Must be able to prioritize workload in order to respond to a large number of customers quickly and effectively
