Let’s talk salary. The salary range for this position based on what we are asking you to do in the role starts at $60,000 for entry level, $70,000 for mid-level, and $80,000 for senior-level and and goes up based on qualifications. We’d like to start somewhere in that ballpark and go from there. You will have your own new, shiny desk at one of our G2 Ops offices, plus the occasional opportunity to work on-site directly with our customers (this is a good thing!). We do allow teleworking with prior IT Department and manager approval. Still not convinced? Allow us to elaborate. For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motived, team-oriented Program Analyst. This exciting position will work directly with our Program Management Directorate (PMD) in a highly dynamic and complex environment. You will support our program and engineering management teams throughout the full contract life cycle, to include proposal development efforts, financial management during contract execution, and closeout. More specifically, you will support the project management team by compiling reports and interpreting financial data for project planning and performance, to include forecasting and margin analysis. You will collaborate with the project managers to develop plans and budgets, compile reports, and track project health and progress. Working closely with the other amazing members of the project support teams, you will help ensure that our project staff can focus on providing outstanding support to our clients by monitoring funding levels and status and providing critical business analysis. Being a self-starter, quick learner, and passionate about the needs of our customer is a number one priority.

What does this mean to you? We need someone to hit the ground running. This position combines the skills of program and project management, financial management, and business execution analysis. Candidates must possess knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD policies, as well as contract administration or management experience. The successful candidate will utilize the latest technologies and processes to deliver accurate information to produce valuable insights.

The ideal candidate will have an active DoD Security clearance, as well as a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or related field, knowledge of FAR and DoD policies, and 1-5 years of contract management experience.
