Position Description:

The Manager of Talent Intelligence will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to help build, analyze, and leverage talent intelligence. You will work with senior leadership to develop and deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions.

You will provide both strategic and tactical guidance to ensure the organization’s Talent Intelligence strategy is aligned with its overall objectives. You will drive innovative solutions that allow us to make informed decisions around recruitment, development, and retention of our talent. The Talent Intelligence program will incorporate best practices from across the industry.

You will have to work closely with other departments to ensure Talent Intelligence is integrated into their processes. You will work with Human Resources to design organizational structures, identify key roles, and monitor performance. Financial models will be developed to support workforce planning initiatives. You will work with Marketing to build employer branding initiatives.

You will be able to stay on top of the latest trends in Talent Intelligence if you have a strong understanding of human capital analytics, data-driven decision making, and relationship management skills. The success of the organization will be dependent on your ability to think strategically and communicate the value of talent intelligence.

Top 10 Tips for Interview

  1. Keep your mind and body, relax.
  2. Never try to give a long answer to an interview question. Keep your answer short and effective.
  3. If you don’t know the answer of any question, do not try to mislead the interviewer because he knows everything. Here your answer should be just some simple words “Sorry Sir/Ma’am, I do not know the answer”.
  4. Your dress should be formal. Formal dress always leaves a good impact on the interviewer.
  5. Take the permission from the interviewer before going inside the interview room by saying “May I come in Sir/Madam?”.
  6. Do not shake your leg and hand again and again.
  7. Your clothes should be neat and clean.
  8. If the interviewer asks the question in English/Hindi, you should give the answer in the same language. If you are not comfortable in that language, you should ask your interviewer “I am not comfortable in English/Hindi. Sir, Can I give the answer in ‘your comfortable language’”. Do not try to give the answer in which language you are not comfortable because in this situation. You would not be able to give your 100% in that language.
  9. How much time you will stay in the interview room, do not be out of focus. Your focus should be on the interviewer. Do not miss any single word out of what he would be asking. Because if you do so, you will need to listen to that question again. And trust me guys. This is very bad impact. So try to understand and listen to the question properly at once.
