The School of Arts, Sciences, and Education’s Psychology Program at Southern New Hampshire University is seeking Adjunct Instructors for General Biology II course. This teaching opportunity is expected to begin Spring, 2023 on our Manchester, NH campus. This course will be offered Wednesdays and Fridays, 11:00-12:15.
The following course is available to teach:
BIO121 – General Biology II (Campus)
This course builds on information presented in BIO 120 (General Biology I). Topics include: principles and history of evolutionary theory, taxonomy, and systematic examination of the five Kingdoms of organisms: Bacteria, Protista, Fungi, Plantae, and Animalia.
Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:
- Prep for and deliver content for assigned course
- Access student work and provide timely feedback
- Use Brightspace (the Learning Management System) to support the course
- Master’s degree in the course discipline or a related discipline
- Course related teaching experience at the high school or college level
