We’re looking for a highly driven office manager to lead our clinical staff. You’ll be in charge of overseeing office operations, setting up and streamlining systems, hiring and training administrative staff, setting goals for staff, establishing and ensuring our staff is accurately following office policies. The ideal candidate is an organized and efficient leader who is proactive in looking for ways to increase efficiency. Ideally, we would want someone who loves motivating and encouraging others to do their best work. We are growing quickly and need someone to keep track of all of the moving parts. We have a phenomenal staff and a fun office vibe with amazing providers leading the way. We are looking for someone with organizational leadership experience who also places value on the best possible patient care. $55,000 – $60,000 dependent on experience (benefits added)

Responsibilities:

Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our business standards
Manage office’s secretarial duties including leading day-to-day operations and overseeing administrative assistants
Perform additional human resources and office administration duties as needed
Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors

  • Streamline office systems, head up office meetings, suggest necessary changes in policy/procedure
  • Recruiting/hiring/training staff
  • Evaluate staff performance
  • Evaluate and diffuse any potential tension among staff
  • Ensure the medical staff and facility comply with the federal rules, regulations, and codes
  • Enhance cooperation between staff and providers
  • New hire paperwork including background checks
  • Set goals and objectives for staff, and evaluate progress

Qualifications:

Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent

  • Over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment
  • Experience with billing/coding/credentialing/medical insurance is a bonus
