UWorld seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee marketing operations, execute campaigns, and measure and report on digital marketing efforts. These activities will primarily focus on marketing automation in Pardot/Salesforce, demand generation, and email marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage ongoing marketing operation/automation efforts between sales, marketing, and data teams
- Implement and track high-quality acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across the business’s online platforms
- Manage email marketing campaigns including, targeting, setup, implementation, and reporting/analysis
- Initiate and manage lead nurturing programs, including Engagement Studio, to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel
- Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Maintain a strong online company presence through digital channels
- Design, develop, and maintain regular reporting on the performance of all automation related KPIs
- Analyze data and make data-driven recommendations to increase traffic, the number of quality leads, and conversion rates
- Use benchmark data from internal and external sources and research and evaluate market behavior, trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and measure key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, and engagement rates
- Set up landing pages using Pardot forms and Pardot form handlers
- Implement automation rules, completion actions, and dynamic lists to work together to scale marketing assets and processes
- Ensure brand consistency
Minimum Education Required:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant field.
Required Skills:
- Pardot certification preferred; Salesforce certification(s) strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas in a collaborative environment
- Solid organizational, planning, and self-motivation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Required Experience:
- 5 years’ digital marketing and/or agency experience
- 3 years’ experience specifically with Pardot
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS web publishing software preferred
- Previous demonstrable marketing automation experience
- Working knowledge of visualization tools (preferably Tableau)
- Portfolio of high-performing demand gen campaigns
- Knowledge of demand gen best practices and benchmarking
- Demonstrable experience of moving prospects through all stages of the marketing funnel
