What We Need: Working collaboratively with the Vice President, Insights, you’ll lead work that connects data with campaign strategy and attribution. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of data support for the division’s campaigns. You will manage workflow to ensure the data team effectively plans, confirms, collects, organizes, and analyzes campaign data to inform optimization strategies. As the Insights Manager, you will be an expert in matching media assets with tracking mechanisms, developing data driven campaign insights, and performance reports. Skilled work in this area will help win and retain millions of dollars in revenue.

What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities:

Works closely with data analyst, sales, and fulfillment team members on project assignments.

Report management on all media assets for campaigns with cadence as needed.

Prepare and present campaign data and insights

Keeps up to date with industry research trends on campaign reporting, dashboards, etc.

Analyzes the relationship between campaigns, sales, and consumer data.

Troubleshoots data irregularities with ad operations.

Supports clients on the successful implementation of website pixels.

Works on a wide range of client accounts at the same time, often juggling various projects and deadlines.

What You’ll Need:

Qualifications:

Management experience in data driven role.

Collaborative work style.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills.

Understanding of ad tech, media assets, terminology, and delivery reports.

Ability to plan and organize, set priorities, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Microsoft Office Suite and standard computer proficiency; must be highly proficient in Excel and be able to create complex formulas and deploy pivot tables.

Experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Work Experience:

4+ years of media analytics and data preparation.

2+ years in digital advertising.

Education:

College degree preferred.
