About the Role

Handles complete cases of customer service inquiries and problems associated with the servicing the company’s consumer services client base. Answers all customer sales and campaign-related inquiries, including customer problems and/or complaints requiring interpretation, investigation and follow-up. Ensures early intervention and resolution where possible to dealers, field, and consumers. Cultivates and maintains ongoing customer and client relationships. Determines when cases are forwarded/escalated for handling with the involvement of dealers and client field and regional staff, requiring early intervention when affecting important client business targets specifically in the area of dealer location, product inquiries, brochure requests, service campaign follow-up, and sales lead follow-up.

Details about your Training

Your attendance is critical to your success and as such is a requirement for the duration of training and performance will be continually assessed throughout. Paid training will be held Monday – Friday with times varied by class. Please make sure you can commit to the full training schedule prior to joining.

Details about your Work Schedule

  • Mornings and mid-day shifts with Sundays off may be available
  • Full Time = 40 hours per week


To ensure your success there are a few key requirements

  • Since this role is fully remote you need to reside in the state of Tennessee
  • **Candidates who reside within 50 miles of our Clarksville, TN site located at 2971 International Blvd. are not eligible for our Remote roles at this time**
  • Have a High School Diploma/ G.E.D. or equivalent work experience and be 18 years of age or older. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred. Customer service experience, contact center environment preferred. Automotive industry experience preferred is an asset but not required as we are exceptional at training talented individuals
  • Submit a completed application on the computer that you will be using.
  • A completed application will include providing some Personal Information, Work History, Education History, and Confirmation and Consent of the application.
  • Complete a Harver skills and systems diagnostic assessment from your home computer confirming your current tech workstation meets the systems requirements of the role outlined below.
