Job Summary

  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Answering customer questions
  • Acting as a liaison between technicians and customers
  • Scheduling and optimizing routes
  • Collections
  • Inputting and setting up customer agreements in PestRoutes

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Obtain a minimum daily route of 100 miles or less per vehicle
  • Assist with collections
  • Answer phone within an average of 2 rings
  • Minimum customer satisfaction score of 90%

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2-years experience with the following skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to communicate and interface with employees and customers
  • The ability to deal with problems following standardized processes
  • Able to multitasks and handle high call volume. Previous telemarketing / call center experience is helpful but not required.
