    Convergys Work from Home is a work at home program that allows employees to work as customer service representatives from their homes. To become a Convergys Work at Home agent, you must first be hired by Convergys as an employee. After you are hired, you will then complete the training and certification process to become a home based agent.

    The hiring process for Convergys usually takes about two weeks. First, you will complete an online application and assessment test. If you pass the assessment test, you will then be invited to take part in an interview with one of the company’s recruiters. If the recruiter feels that you would be a good fit for the position, they will extend an offer of employment to join Convergys team.
