As an Executive Operations Specialist based in Lincoln, you’ll work directly with our Competitive business unit leadership team and be their right hand. You’ll understand how they work, how Hudl’s operations impact their work (and vice versa), and as a result, help both your executives and Hudl run efficiently. You’ll manage meetings, travel, events, communications and be a trusted confidante.

Hudl has a flexible location policy. We’ll leave it up to you to decide where you want to work: our Lincoln HQ, our Omaha office, or the comforts of your own home. However, we do need this person to be within commuting distance of our Lincoln office so we cannot consider remote workers outside of Omaha at this time.

You are

  • Organized. You’re detail-oriented and have a system in place to keep track of projects and deadlines.
  • A Communicator. You have an aptitude for writing and editing. You’re passionate about helping your executives communicate effectively with their teams.
  • Trustworthy. You’re a pro at handling confidential information. You believe that trust and reliability are essential.
  • Flexible. You respond to changes with patience and can go with the flow. You’re excited to work with your executives to prioritize the ever-changing demands on their time.
  • Respectfully Blunt. You’re all about giving and receiving feedback.

You will

  • Be responsible for meeting, travel and event logistics. You understand how you and your role are critical to the success of the Competitive business unit. You’ll go the extra mile to help your executive plan a trip to a Hudl office or with a customer. You can’t wait to help plan the annual Sales kickoff and quarterly business reviews. You’ll attend our events and ensure their success.
  • Be Bold. You’ll challenge existing systems and processes to help us improve. You’ll examine how the leadership team spends their time and ask tough questions to help them improve their lives.
  • Solve problems. You’ll make a difference by offering solutions to problems big and small facing your leaders and their teams.
  • Be an expert. You’ll understand your executives’ work, projects and strengths. You’ll know their calendar and meeting preferences and make their days as efficient as possible. You’ll bring new ideas to the Competitive business unit.
