Job Summary: Perform compensation analysis, support compensation administration and position maintenance. Collect information on wage and salaried position to determine equitable compensation and leveling. Prepare data, evaluate, and participate in salary/benefit surveys. Make recommendations on compensation and equity initiatives. Create, review, and edit job descriptions. Evaluate current and requested positions for internal and market equity. Perform ongoing data quality audits. Create and present reports. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. COVID-19 Vaccination Required.
PAY: $85,000-90,000/year DOE

*Analyze and interpret salary survey results and make recommendations on salary scale movement and position leveling. Monitor external market for wage competitiveness. Make recommendations on internal equity.
*Perform job analysis, job classification (exempt or non-exempt status), market analysis, and maintain grade structure.
*Present and recommend compensation adjustments and/or programs to regional business leaders, senior leadership, financial and legal staff to ensure wages are competitive within the market, by position, and by industry.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
*High School Diploma or equivalent.
*Six (6) years of experience in compensation analysis and administration and pay structure and bonus design.
*Experience creating and modifying queries and reports.
*Experience creating and presenting findings and recommendations to management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
*Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
*PHR/SPHR or other related professional certification.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
*Strong proofreading/editing skills; attention to detail.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
*Flexible, accurate, and responsive to staff inquiries/requests.
*Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational skills and prioritize work.
