You will:

  • Provide first-class, client-facing cloud support across both US and UK clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical support requests within SLAs, escalation internally or with third parties
  • Monitor trading systems and cloud infrastructure for our clients
  • Strive to improve day-to-day operations to reduce support to zero
  • Operate client Azure environments as well as our own infrastructure
  • Have the mindset and technical skills to develop and implement automation tools and processes to remove manual overhead
  • Strong desire, passion and proven track record of technical advancement in public cloud technologies


You have:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a 2nd line role supporting Windows-based environments, ADFS, DFS
  • End-User Support: Windows, Office 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Intune, OneDrive/SharePoint Online
  • Helped maintained system security strategies, policies and procedures
  • Basic understanding of networking
  • Experience in monitoring and supporting complex environments, in client-facing roles and stringent SLAs
  • Skills and experience with automation and scripting which has resulted in a reduction of manual task overhead
  • Mac/Linux knowledge or exposure
  • Experience working in an MSP environment
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems, documenting issues and resolutions

Great if you also have one of all of these:

  • A computer or IT-related degree
  • Azure Cloud Accreditation or already on the development path to attain one
  • Financial services, or trading exposure
  • PowerShell scripting
