DIRECTOR OF CURRICULUM, ASSESSMENT & SCHEDULING
Full-Time Administrative

The Director Curriculum, Assessment & Scheduling at UCC is responsible for overseeing curriculum, assessment processes/software and scheduling at the college. This person will facilitate and assist with five-year program reviews, annual assessment processes, outcomes measurement (course, program and universal) and improvement systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, management or related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Experience in educational program management or coordination.
  • A minimum of two (2) years demonstrated experience in data or assessment management.
  • Two (2) years of experience be directly related to the use of assessment, program review, software implementation, training, and creating systems.
  • Three (3) years of experience at an institution of higher education.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and oral communication.
  • Ability to win friends and influence people.

Highly Qualified Candidates:

  • Master’s degree in management, education/assessment or related field.
  • Experience delivering services and/or education via technology.
  • Experience in public relations and training.
  • Post-secondary teaching experience.
  • Experience working with community colleges or universities.
  • Experience creating an outcomes-based system, a scheduling system, and./or curriculum oversight process.
